    Getting back to work can be a real challenge, to say the least.  People with disabilities are often discriminated against, ... and even when the employer WANTS to hire them, there are frequently physical obstacles in the environment which need to be overcome. 

   That's why I connected with Jeffrey Klare from Hire Disability Solutions.  Jeff's sister had a serious disability and suffered with it in the workplace.  After she died, he pursued her dream of creating a safe haven of employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
